| To post a new book for sale, log in to your account. Once you have logged in, go into the "Used Books for Sale" site. Click on the "Post New Book" button. This will take you to the book posting form. |

| You must fill in all fields in the book posting form. This is for your benefit as well as that of prospective buyers. The first field is for the Course. In this field, type the course that the book is used for. Make sure that you use the standard 3 letter/3 number combination that PVCC uses. Example: MTH101. Make sure you type it in without a space between the letters and numbers. Type the Title of the book, the Author, and the ISBN all as they appear on the book. For the ISBN, DO NOT include the hyphens in the number. By posting all of this information as it is on the book, users will be able to find your book when they search. |

| Just as the Title, Author, and ISBN are required, so are the Price, Condition, your phone number, and your email address. People want to know how much you want for the book and its condition. For the Condition, it is recommended that if the book came with any software, you type "All Software" or "No Software" as an added incentive. Your phone number and email address are provided so the users can contact you with any questions. If you are concerned about your phone number being available to the public, you may enter "Email ONLY" instead. It is a good idea to use your VCCS email address as a contact source so as to keep your personal address away from the public. To find your VCCS Email address, go here. You can log in and then log in to your Student Email and your Email address will be listed on that site. |

| Once you have entered all of the information, read over it, make sure it is correct then click the "Post New Book" button and your book will be posted. |
